Poor quality leather I have a 2017 Toyota Tundra. It’s the third Tundra and eight Toyota I have owned. I was told on my most recent visit that Toyota would not correct problem. If the condition was “normal wear”, I would not be complaining. This is poor quality leather, not consistent with my experience with Toyota. More

Freindly Staff - Wait too long I have used Hendrick Toyota before and had no real concerns. But this visit was different. I came on time as scheduled. But sat there for ~2hours for I have used Hendrick Toyota before and had no real concerns. But this visit was different. I came on time as scheduled. But sat there for ~2hours for a 5000 mile NEW car service, that took ~0.30minute (according to the receipt) to complete. Not nice. Was late for another appointment thereafter. The waiting area is clean and top of its class, but this wait was too long for what was needed. More

Paid $75 for an incorrect diagnosis I took my 2013 Camry Hybrid to their Service dept for road noise problem. They charged me $150, kept the car for a day and diagnosed it as bad tires. I took my 2013 Camry Hybrid to their Service dept for road noise problem. They charged me $150, kept the car for a day and diagnosed it as bad tires. I took it to Firestone. Within 30m, they diag'ed it as bad bearing. Even took me to the shop floor and showed the problem. I went back to Toyota to challenge their wrong diag. They kept the car for another day and then confirmed that it was indeed the bearing. They returned only $75 back. So I paid $75 for an incorrect diagnosis and couldn't use the car for 2 days. Stopped going there. More
