Everyone was very kind a helpful. I called as well was traveling home from a work trip and ended up with a flat 3 hours from home! My Prius doesn’t come with a spare so I had it towed I called as well was traveling home from a work trip and ended up with a flat 3 hours from home! My Prius doesn’t come with a spare so I had it towed to the dealership after calling to see if they could help. And help they did!! Only setback was the call center through the website never communicated my need or the promised appointment to the service center and made it sound like I was talking with the service center. Thankfully they were still able to accommodate me. The young woman in service was amazingly kind - wish I got her name!!! More
