Amazing family feeling experience! Today I got to take home a 2019 Jetta R-Line. I brought my 2016 Jetta 1.8T Prez in for service which I bought previously from Hendrick. Jon, the fina Today I got to take home a 2019 Jetta R-Line. I brought my 2016 Jetta 1.8T Prez in for service which I bought previously from Hendrick. Jon, the finance man who does amazing things with getting your car payment where you need it to be, saw me waiting and asked if I had drove the all new Jetta. I said can I look at at? He always remembers me when I come in to get regular serivice in my car and speaks. He went and got Robert. Robert sat down with me and asked what I liked about my current Jetta and what I liked about the new ones. We went outside and looked at the cars. He gave me the outside tour and spoke about the very distinct differences. He was able to answer all of my questions. Before Robert when to get the keys, he made sure I didn’t need a snack or water or coffee. He returned with the keys and we took the car out. Since grey isn’t my color, we drove down to the delivery lot where he showed me a Jetta in red. Which I loved! When we came back, he collected all the info he needed to get a quote, and within 30 minutes I was back in Jon’s office buying my second Jetta. If you like to feel like you are part of a family and your time is valuable, go see these guys and girls. They will take care of you like your family memebers. If you want to leave with a smile and warm and fuzzy this is the place to buy your Volkswagen. I drive 33 miles from home to get the family feeling and plan on in the future for my car needs. More
