I had searched for a low mileage, certified pre owned RX350 with premium package and pristine condition for over a year. Once I submitted an inquiry, Brandon contacted me immediately by email and later b RX350 with premium package and pristine condition for over a year. Once I submitted an inquiry, Brandon contacted me immediately by email and later by phone to answer any questions I had. We set up an appointment and he had the cars ready for test drive upon my arrival. My initial inquiry was lacking a NAV system and Brandon suggested another that had just come in but was in the back for detailing. We took an extensive test drive while he explained all the features. Once we selected the vehicle, the negotiations included an itemized list of what was in the offers. He worked with his manager to get us a discount and even offered to remove the certification if it would help with our budget (we decided to keep it). Once the price was settled, which did not take long, we were sent to Sam in Finance. He worked to get us a great interest rate and an extended warranty package. Neither Brandon or Sam were pushy or over bearing and were pleasant to deal with. Finally, Brandon made sure all the basic features were covered and offered a more extensive training session when we had more time. I would highly recommend Brandon and Sam and the Hennessy Lexus experience. More

The buying experience was fine until the very end. After completing all of the paperwork, and ready to walk out the door, I was only given 1 key to the car. When asked for the 2nd key my sales rep - Mike s completing all of the paperwork, and ready to walk out the door, I was only given 1 key to the car. When asked for the 2nd key my sales rep - Mike said that's all they had. I asked why they didn't disclose that during the sales process and the answer was "You never asked". I told him that had I known that I would have asked for compensation to cover the cost of the missing key, his response was "I can't help, the car is sold 'as is' ". When I told the sales rep, that a replacement key is approx. $300 - $400, and this is a big deal, he said that he wasn't sure how much they cost. I find that very hard to believe that someone who has sold cars for 10+ years is not aware of the cost of a replacement key. Again, very disappointed, don't buy a used car here! More
FORCED FINANCING. Refused to verify my credit unions check, wanted me to prepay for a car & come back in five days. Or pay using my credit unions check AND have their contract as a “back up”. Two loans check, wanted me to prepay for a car & come back in five days. Or pay using my credit unions check AND have their contract as a “back up”. Two loans on one car?! Or after two hours (I was basically paying cash), be forced into signing a Lexus contract to leave with the car. They used my sons graduation present, him buying his first car and financing through our credit union, against us. Actually REFUSED a valid bank check. You can’t walk in with your own financing there, they won’t let you leave unless they COMB THROUGH your credit report. I won’t ever purchase from here again. The Vice President of my bank is now involved, to try to work this out for me. THAT is customer service. More
