BMW Dealership of Choice I had to choose between 2 BMW dealerships when I wanted to purchase my new 2018 X5. One that was close to my house and the other being Herb Chambers I had to choose between 2 BMW dealerships when I wanted to purchase my new 2018 X5. One that was close to my house and the other being Herb Chambers BMW that was a little less convenient for me but one that I had more confidence in having dealt with a Herb Chambers Lexus dealership a few years before. I consulted with a friend/neighbor who had recently purchased her new X5 from Herb Chambers BMW and asked her who she had dealt with in the sales department. She enthusiastically told me about Kevin Bugbee and how patient she had been with her multiple requests in their sales process. So I reached out to Kevin and I had the same outstanding sales experience with him. He was very responsive to all my inquiries. The X5 options I wanted necessitated that I order it from th me factory. Kevin was able to get my X5 in the queue quickly and I was able to take receipt of it well ahead of my expectations.
