I have leased a new BMW with European delivery every three years for the past nine years from Herb Chambers working with Kevin Bugbee on all three cars. Kevin has been attentive and accommodating - testing cars, accompanying me to the storage lot to look at colors, and working with BMW European delivery to finalize paperwork and innumerable details. Service at Herb Chambers is also excellent - with loaner cars available when needed and a car wash included with service. It is heartening that a large urban auto dealer can still deliver the personalized service that I have found with this dealer. More

I've worked with Kevin Bugbee for close to 15 years and he's the reason why I've stayed with the BMW brand. My husband finally convinced me that it was time to switch brands, but I really didn't want and he's the reason why I've stayed with the BMW brand. My husband finally convinced me that it was time to switch brands, but I really didn't want to leave Kevin. I should have known that Kevin would be just as helpful in introducing me to the Herb Chambers Mercedes dealership and our sales associate, Rob Tinkham. The best part of working with Kevin was that he always made my life easier. Continuing in that tradition, on the day that I was picking up my new Mercedes, Kevin met me at the Mercedes dealership and took my BMW from me so that I didn't need to make other transportation arrangements. Rob Tinkham made the purchase experience wonderful, but Kevin took it to a new level and made the return experience even better. I would highly recommend both of Herb Chambers' dealerships -- BMW and Mercedes. The sales and service personnel in both facilities are wonderful. More

Great service! My car was delivered to me by Kevin and took tome to set up my Bluetooth and go over anything else that I needed. I bought a BMW X1 in June'13 and I had a very nice experience with Herbs chambers. I was helped by the sales executive 'Sheraz' and he is a real professional. Unlike other typical car showrooms, there was absolutely no pressure on me to decide the same day or pay a deposit to 'put a hold' on the car after the test drive. I feel its a nice thing to give freedom/time to the buyer as this is not a small amount of money. I also would like to mention my experience on car delivery as well. It was raining heavily on the day of delivery and Sheraz was nice enough to keep the car inside the showroom until I showed up to prevent it from getting 'dirty' (though I showed up a little late). They did not have 'all weather mats' and I was given the carpet mats with a promise that they'll call me as soon as the all weather mats become available. With no follow up, I get an email the following day to come collect the mats. When I went there, Sheraz helped me with the mats as well as my questions on the iPod connectivity (he even gave me an extra cable for free!). When we buy the next car for my wife, I'll definitely go back to Herb chambers again! More

After dealing with Marc, not only was his attitude during phone calls repulsive, but his willingness to work with me as a prospective client was horrendous. He was extremely rude, and the use of demeaning tone was completely unacceptable. When asking him to see what the best offer I would be given for my current trade, he stated he would not even entertain the thought of going to his superior with that offer. This being said, I left BMW of Boston with a rancid taste in my mouth, and will certainly be bringing my business elsewhere. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone interested in any new, or used vehicle from their facility. More
