Buying a car there is so easy, all we do is relax and enjoy this experience, the person who we worked with is Ahmed, he's absolutely awesome and willing to work with us in what ever we need, does not over promise and under deliver, he even drove the car up for us when we were not able to go pick it up! Ken the manager there gives us absolutely the best possible price, and No BS there, he explains why and how the price worked out to be the way it is, and when ask for some goodies, it took him 1 second to answer "if that's what you need then it's yours", no BS like those "oh i have to go back to ask (the man that didn't exist)" everything was smooth and delivery is on time. unlike those last minute phone call to let us know it's not ready. Also i like to mention i loved their service department, they always deliver me a clean nicely washed car when it's in for service. drinks and coffee is all there, wifi and stuff nice TV feels great to be there. if i was to pick a downside about this dealer, it is that the drive is far for me. but it's well worth it. A few years ago I brought my old '99 323i here for repairs and it turned out there were quite a few problems that needed addressing. At the time I was pretty strapped for cash so the service guy prio repairs and it turned out there were quite a few problems that needed addressing. At the time I was pretty strapped for cash so the service guy prioritized the repairs and told me which were immediate and which could wait a while. I went for only the necessary repairs and when it came time to pay I learned they didn't accept Discover card which was the only card I had credit available on at the time. They were very, very understanding and agreed to store the car for me free of charge until I came back to pay. Took me about a week or so to scrape together the ~$1800 I needed, got my car back all cleaned up and in good running condition. I just bought a new car and will definitely use Herb Chambers for repairs. More
I have been going to BMW Herb Chambers since 2008 and my experience every time I go in is wonderful. Joe Conway has been so helpful and really goes out of his way to make sure that things go well. They are service oriented and courteous. Ahmed did a wonderful job explaining various features of the car and made sure everything was in order for the delivery. He followed up with us throughout the car production process and was very professional during price negotiation. He was also very helpful following up on any questions that came up in the days following the car pickup. Will definitely continue to use this dealership for future purchases and for servicing my current vehicles. Recommended for anyone living in the metro Boston area. More

I had been to Auto Max in Framingham. I was just about ready to purchase a BMW 328xi. They put the car on the lift, the foreman and my son agreed that the car had an oil leak of which BMW would take care ready to purchase a BMW 328xi. Needless to say, they lost my business because they would not replace the dangerous tire. I went to Herb Chambers BMW of Boston. The customer service staff was excellent. Kaif Thompson was a pleasure to work with. Kaif accompanied me with the BMW I was interested in to my son's shop to check over. Kaif took care of any outstanding issues without question. I was amazed at the difference between the two auto dealers. I would highly recommend Herb Chambers BMW of Boston to my friends. More

As such I am very familiar had experience with BMW of Hilton Head Island, BMW of Manhattan, Herb Chambers BMW and Bill Dodge BMW of Westbrook Maine. As such I am very familiar with the products and services of BMW and the kinds of people that usually work for the dealers. In 2009 I solicited all of the above mentioned dealers for a quote on a 2010 X5. All were helpful and anxious for the sale. I leased my new car from Herb Chambers BMW because Kaif Thompson promised me the best deal and the best service. AND he delivered. Dealing with him and his colleagues was a pleasure. I have recommended Herb Chambers to friends in Boston because of the great deal and the great service Kaif and the other members of the staff provided. It's been 90 days since I went into the Comm Ave BMW to pick up my leased 335d. It was also ready precisely on the date forecast when I went in 6 weeks earlier and Kevin ordered the car to be built. The 5 rating I have given also coincides with this 5th new car from this dealership. Over this 15 year period, I have never been turned away disappointed either in the "new car" experience or in long waits at the service shop. There has been several occasions when Chris, Ali et.al in service found and fixed/replaced parts out of professionalism and respect for the customer, even when out of warranty. Strange how I never noticed the worn out wipers! So it was natural for me to turn in the M3 convertible when the lease ran out. And my new 335d lives up to the BMW repuation; Kevin and the Gang on Comm Ave made sure that I spent less than 10 Mins in Finance to sign the papers and a better time spent on the new car (watch the Australian film 'The Nugget"). It's apt that I write this review on Valentine's day as I'll remain a BMW and Kevin's team fan at Herb Chambers for years to come) More
