Rude and incompetent - never a good combination! I use to enjoy excellent service with Matt Brown. He left and since then I had a couple of rude service people. I do not understand why such rude people are put in a position of public relations, but I do not like them. I do not care for the way they talked down to me nor the tone of their voice. Making matters worst, the mechanics are not the best. The last time I went into this dealership was for regular service. I was on a service contract. I believed I was due for an oil change; the obnoxious service person told me how 'wrong' I was despite what the manual states. I told him I would pay for it despite the service plan, that clearly I overpaid for! I was going on a long trip to NYC and wanted the car in really good condition. Besides, I love my BMW and wanted to take care of it. Despite me making this clear, 3 times, that I wanted the oil changed; they did not do this. I left the service station, and on the way to NYC, I was about 20 miles away on the Mass Pike, and the car started to set off alerts for 'low oil.' I had to pull over call the service person. He was typically rude; everyone in the car heard him on the car phone and was horrified at the condensation for an obvious mistake. Herb Chambers' service person wanted me to purchase oil from the Mass Pike gas station - NOT BMW Brand! - and Herb Chambers would reimbursement for the oil! So I paid Herb Chambers under an extended service contract for maintenance, including oil changes. I end up doing it myself, while dressed up, in an emergency situation, and they offer to pay me for the oil; again NOT BMW Brand. Outrageous! I have purchased many cars from Herb Chambers, because I thought they had good service. I currently own 2 BMWs I purchased from Herb Chambers. I will not do business with Herb Chambers again. More

First Oil Change for Certified 5 Series My Overall experience was average but not as expected by BMW brand. Get oil change and other service done but didn't get all stuff done. Like I got scratches when I came for AC fix service last time I told them the whole story and I've been told it'll be fixed but they didn't fix scratches this time as well, car wasn't washed properly, there were greasy fingerprints on dashboard. I didn't get receipt of service either, I've been told I'll get email but so far I didn't. I was supposed to get reimbursement for my Lyft ride too. I guess overall experience with Herb Chambers BMW wasn't good as expected. It wasn't like up to the mark of "BMW". Thanks More
