Having purchased and maintained multiple vehicles from BMW of Boston, I can confidently say their team members clearly define client service excellence. I’d like to take a moment to sincerely congratulate, thank and recommend the Service Department for a job very well done! The job of the Service Department is much more than managing and maintaining vehicles – it extends to managing and maintaining a strong client relationship, something many dealerships forget. My Service Advisor, Evan Folsom, has gone above and beyond his duties to make my experience, and the experience of my referrals, the very best possible. Since I’ve started working with Evan I no longer look at servicing my vehicle as a task, but as part of the BMW experience. Evan promptly responds to emails and phone calls and makes scheduling seamless. Working with Evan is like being a guest at a fine hotel, his sincere kindness and hospitality makes me as a client feel welcome and assured that any and all issues with my vehicle will be resolved without problem. Evan has personally picked up and dropped off vehicles/loaners for me and my referrals making scheduling as simple and convenient as possible. Evan is a pillar of the client service excellence practice at BMW of Boston and truly deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond for his clients. More

I called into Herb Chambers BMW of Boston's service department in a bad mood and left satisfied. I was nervous my vehicle would not get towed in and taken to the body shop, but after talking to Dan Drinkwater I was confident it was going to happen! Dan Drinkwater is the definition of what exceptional customer service is. He followed up with me throughout the day to make sure everything was being taken care of. Now when I call into the service department I will make sure I always ask directly for Dan and nobody else! Thanks Dan! More

Although I had stopped at several deale An Unexpected Wonderful Experience For the past few months I knew the time had come to purchase a new car. Although I had stopped at several dealerships I was not motivated to look again. I was not happy with the sales and staff members. To my surprise as I was shopping in Boston with my sister and she decided to stop by her dealership at Herb Chambers BMW/Mini Cooper to say hello. Before I knew it I was test driving different cars. I was astonished by the sales, employee and management staff and how they were working with me to find a perfect fit based on what I wanted and what my budget needs were. After viewing and driving multiple cars they came back to me with different options and explained each one in great detail. I also without even asking was offered a very fair price for trade-in on my current car. My sales manager introduced me to many of the staff involved and they were all so very helpful. I was treated with the up most respect and honesty which is very rare these days. At days end I was the proud new owner of a BMW Mini Cooper and thrilled with the service. I will be a lifetime member of the BMW/Mini family and will be looking forward to doing business with them in the future. In all the years of purchasing vehicles I have never had such a wonderful experience. I will be recommending all those I know who may be interested in a new car directly to my sales manager and staff in Boston. To the #1 car dealers that made shopping for a car a pleasant experience. I drive by other dealers to get service here A friend at my local service station changed the oil on my 2008 535xi. He could not reset the indicator. As we followed the directions he had, the car went dead. Oh great! Called BMW and got CHRIS ANSLONO; he was most courteous, cool, smart and helpful. I thought the computer was messed up; he said no, check the battery. Sure enough. Local service station recharged it. Worked fine for a day. Next morning, dead again. Recharged it and off to Herb Chambers to see Chris. Chris and others in the Service Department responded with great professionalism. Got a new battery and took care of other issues. Car runs great! Wait there's more! I needed a car; no loaners were available. That’s OK, I'll rent. KEVIN BUGBEE from whom I bought the car and to whom I always say hello when I stop by for service sees me with the rental agent. He stops us and asks me: Can you drive a standard shift? Do you want to have fun today? Can I trust you? After thirty-seven years in the Navy, I responded: Come on Kevin of course! He said: Don't rent. Here’s the key to my car, it's a 335 convertible! What a ride, what a day, what service! Finally, when I picked the car up and looked at it inside and out. I said to myself: They should give a medal to they guy who washed it and cleaned it! I can’t remember it looking so good! I drive by other dealers to get service here with great people like CHRIS AND KEVIN. More
