John, the service manager, was great. So no problem with this service visit. But we have had prior experience where we were told incorrectly that our supplemental insurance, which we purc So no problem with this service visit. But we have had prior experience where we were told incorrectly that our supplemental insurance, which we purchased from herb chambers, did nit cover over $6K in repairs that we subsequently learned were covered. The dealership would nit reimburse us but said they would instead give us a special break when we purchased our next vehicle. We raised that when we went to purchase the next vehicle and no one seemed to remember the promise! We ended up leasing snd niw we’re going to another dealership once this lease ends. More
