My experience is exactly how you would want a service appointment to work. They checked me in, paperwork on my service was ready, they reviewed, I signed and my loaner was ready to go. I received a text appointment to work. They checked me in, paperwork on my service was ready, they reviewed, I signed and my loaner was ready to go. I received a text when the service was complete, dropped off the loaner and picked up my freshly washed, vacuumed and serviced car. Process was painless, McKenzie is on top of things and I couldn’t be happier!!! More
