The work Is good but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They sent me a video inspection of my car indicating work needed to be done and that the service rep would call. 45 minutes later he cal be desired. They sent me a video inspection of my car indicating work needed to be done and that the service rep would call. 45 minutes later he calls and says the work the video suggested is not necessary. I get a request to pay on line so I could save time and get my car quickly when it was ready. When I arrive I am told to stand in line for the cashier behind customers that did not pay in advance. As I said, work is fine but it is incredibly frustrating to deal with these people. More
