The entire process of booking the appointment, dropping off, paying and picking up could not have been easier. Ethan was there to meet me on time and got me right into a loaner. Within a short time I recei off, paying and picking up could not have been easier. Ethan was there to meet me on time and got me right into a loaner. Within a short time I received a text with a video evaluation of my car from Alex Houtzeel. Nice job Alex, very thorough. You explained everything perfectly. I arranged with Ethan to have the work done and shortly afterwards he contacted me to say that it was ready. The on line invoice process was simple and when I returned the loaner the next day, (they really do open the doors at exactly 7:00am) it took less than 5 minutes to return the loaner and have a valet bring my car around. The car looked like it had been detailed inside and out. It was gleaming in the sun. The quality of the workmanship was nothing short of outstanding and the car runs beautifully. I am very pleased with the quality and service I received. More
