I went in for a relatively straightforward service appointment. They didn’t have a loaner but it’s hard to blame them - cars seem to be an endangered species at this point. Anyway, Bill was very consi appointment. They didn’t have a loaner but it’s hard to blame them - cars seem to be an endangered species at this point. Anyway, Bill was very considerate and didn’t try to sell me any services I didn’t need. And the car was ready even earlier than we expected, which was a nice surprise! Would recommend them to anyone. I recently purchased a 2022 x3 from BMW of Sudbury. The salesman I worked with was Josue Bulux. Two characteristics put him in the 5 star category. 1) Passionate about the product he sells. Every appointment and every phone call was the same. 2) Very effectively dealt with my factory order in terms of managing expectations. We've all heard of the supply chain issues auto manufacturers are dealing with. By setting a realistic expectation rather than what I wanted to hear as we were finalizing the sale, the overall experience with Josue ends as a 5 star.
