After 2 years of being a devoted customer due to satisfied repairs. I have recently come to find out that their pricing is outrageous relative to other BMW certified dealers and repair shops. Also n satisfied repairs. I have recently come to find out that their pricing is outrageous relative to other BMW certified dealers and repair shops. Also not happy with advisor tacking on more than needed repairs. Also they offer price services, then add in labor costs afterwards. My previous BMW dealer did not do this. More

I had a 1:30 appointment but had to wait 25 minutes for the technician to come to see me. I was then charged $805 for a simple oil change, brake fluid, cabin air filter and inspection.
