I was promptly given a free loaner. Between my warranty and BMW standing behind their cars, when I returned to get my vehicle, the cost to me was $0. Throughout all of it, Bryan keep me informed and properly managed my expectations. He even informed me that he would be off for a few days, and who would take over for him during that time. Eventually when it came time to make a deal, with Michael being busy with another client, Alex jumped right in and helped me with finalizing the deal and went above and beyond to get the car in very good condition at delivery. Rehan did a good job explaining the car features at delivery. I would recommend the center to everyone. Also, have had a good first experience with the service center as well. Friendly and accommodating. One nitpick, they tend to get very busy at times, so sometimes it took longer to get the paperwork done. Perhaps they should work on shortening the time it takes to finalize the deal and sign all the paper work, etc. More

Having purchased several bmws at Herb Chambers I thought I would star there. I built a car online asked for a quote and was contacted by phone. Set up an appointment and was introduced to Manny. Manny was easy to talk to and it became very evident concerning his enthusiasm for the z4. We had a fun test drive and then the negotiations started. Throughout this process Manny maintained a friendly collaborative demeanor. I can be trying at times. Finally we reached an agreement trade in or no trade in with the help of his manager. A good team effort I must say. Moreover when the negotiations were over and I signed an agreement Manny worked very hard to get my car in a timely manner coordinating all of the paperwork and genius review. Manny delivered the car to me at home which I greatly appreciated. I felt Manny truly put in the extra effort to please me. His love for this exciting car stocked my excitement to own and enjoy one of my own. Thanks Manny and thanks to the Herb Chambers team. More
