Great Experience Acquiring My First BMW In my quest in acquiring my first BMW, I am very happy to say that I picked up my first BMW with BMW of Sudbury! I chose BMW of Sudbury based on the f In my quest in acquiring my first BMW, I am very happy to say that I picked up my first BMW with BMW of Sudbury! I chose BMW of Sudbury based on the following reasons: 1) the positive reviews of the dealership 2) the staff 3) Pranav Gill - I worked with this man many years ago on a different car deal where his approach is very different from other managers and GMs I've dealt with in the past. It was a pleasant surprise when I found out Pranav is the GM of BMW of Sudbury. I started car shopping in February 2016. I arrived at the dealership and was assigned to David Williamson. We talked about what I was looking for and he fully and quickly understood the goal. He even pointed out to me that he can tell I'm a car enthusiast. I am a 6-cylinder guy and David never tried to pull me away from what I wanted. I was offered a test drive and we took a 340i for a spin. After the test drive we went back to David's office to go over a few details and I was on my way. There was no sense of pressure from these folks and I respected that. The car shopping was put on hold for a few months and then resumed in the summer. To ensure that I have the right dealership, I also visited other dealerships nearby. I ultimately went with BMW of Sudbury. David worked with me throughout the process. I am very particular and my car had to be ordered due to my particularity. David meticulously built my car in their ordering system using the spreadsheet I'd put together. In less than a week after ordering my car BMW finally released the BMW Performance Power and Sound Kit. I got back to David about having the kit installed prior to delivery. David made the extra effort to ensure that my car has the kit. David and his colleagues were very patient, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process from the first day we met to the post delivery of the car. I also would like to add that I also had the opportunity to learn a few things from Charlie Guthrie (BMW Genius). This young man is very sharp and knows his products very well. He will go far. I very am proud to say that I got my first BMW from a dealership staffed with professional and talented individuals. I have no problems giving a recommendation to family, friends. and colleagues if anybody is looking to get the Ultimate Driving Machine. More

I must say it was a complete change and had a good experience with the sales team specially Peter Vargo my client advisor. He is a very genuine, down to earth and well informed person. He answered all my questions and worked me in finding the right options for my car. He followed up the right amount as to not be over bearing but enough for me to appreciate. I would RECOMMEND him to anyone who decides to visit BMW of Sudbury. I have to say it was not a smooth ride and there were few problems but Pranav Gill stepped in and cleared those out. Overall great experience but would have been amazing if everything would have gone smoothly. More
