I started with a phone call to confirm the car was still available, it was so I headed over for a test drive. When I arrived I asked for the person who I spoke with (non-Salesperson), he promptly greeted me and introduced me to JD. JD was fully briefed on what I was looking for and was ready to head out on a test drive, he had all the paperwork staged and prepared -- nice heads up service. I was trading in my Nissan and I live at least 40 mins away from this dealership; I was not able to pick up my car the first time around because of minor issues. Wilson was very accommodating and suggested several times that he could drive the car to me and make the trade-in from there. Overall, I had a good first experience. More
