I went into BMW of sudbury looking to place an order and purchase a new bmw 335i sedan and was seriously impressed with the facility. Purchasing a car here was such a great experience. Not only was I getting into such a remarkable car but the experience of getting into the car was as smooth and impressive as the vehicle itself. The Dealership was so upscale and new. The entire experience made me feel great about becoming a new customer of this amazing dealership. I think the best part about it was how profesional the sales team was. I honestly felt like I was talking with a good friend. It was fun. I dont normally rate dealers but I was so blown away with this dealer I simply had to. Thanks BMW of sudbury! More

We are from the Providence, RI area and found out that Kosta Pappas had recently joined as the GM for BMW of Sudbury. Having dealt with Kosta for many years in RI, without hesitation we decided to contin Kosta Pappas had recently joined as the GM for BMW of Sudbury. Having dealt with Kosta for many years in RI, without hesitation we decided to continue doing business with him at BMW of Sudbury. He did not disappoint us once again. He and his sales staff (Heather Turmenne) were extremely professional; knowledgeable and assisted in every facet of the sale of our new 535i. The new state of the art facility was very impressive and every member of the Sudbury team was very friendly. Kosta and his team at Sudbury BMW make the process of buying a BMW easy and fun. I will continue to commute from Rhode Island for any service needs; and will recommend that family and friends make the trip to Sudbury for their new BMW purchases as well. More

Went in to the new BMW of Sudbury dealership to purchase a 335i. I had the pleasure of working with Kosta. It could not have been an easier and enjoyable experience. I've had a great deal of experience with FMW. In the past most of my experience was with the service department but recently I bought a new X3. The sales experience was great. We spent a lot of time loc past most of my experience was with the service department but recently I bought a new X3. The sales experience was great. We spent a lot of time locating the exact vehicle I wanted and importantly, I was satisfied with the price. The vehicle had to be acquired from an out of state dealer's inventory and FMW made it happen. I went into FMW with a target price that I'd developed based on information from the internet. They met my price expectations in a very straight forward manner. The entire experience was first rate. With respect to the service department I find the people to be very helpful and knowledgeable. One of the BMWs I own is a classic 1987 M6 that I will not let many mechanics near but I trust FMW to work on it because they exercise the same care as I would myself. With respect to my X5 I had a problem that was clearly beyond the warranty but not by a wide margin and after a simple discussion they shared the cost of the repair. I've always been able to get a free loaner car whenever I needed it and they go out of their way to make the loaner a BMW which I really appreciate. In addition, on the occasion when I feel it necessary, they make it easy for me to talk directly to the service technician or even the service foreman. I feel that they really appreciate the fact that I am a long term customer and they want to keep that relationship going. I've never had any association with FMW I just think they do a great job. I have been a loyal customer of Foreign Motors for over 10 years. Both the sales and service departments are amazing. The staff is incredibly knowledgable and always eager to please. The reason I have logged into this site and given this dealership a very poor rating is for the following reasons: I have been a customer of Foreign Motors West for 15 years and can say without a doubt, dealership a very poor rating is for the following reasons: I have been a customer of Foreign Motors West for 15 years and can say without a doubt, since the new management has moved in, customer service has vanished. The quality and level of professionalism is gone as well. This dealer has changed into a high pressure sales force which won't leave you alone. I have waisted more time on the phone with "newly assigned sales persons assigned to me" than I have ever seen. When walking into the showroom, knowing exactly what I wanted to buy (new X5) and ready to sign the paperwork, I was faced with listening to all the reasons why I should select a different engine, heads up display, etc., etc. This was to a point where I just thanked the salesman(s), plus his manager or helper? and walked out. I then drove all the way to the North Shore and purchased a new X5 from the Peabody dealership, where the salesman was very professional and didn't try selling me at all. This was very disappointing, time consuming and should be reviewed by whomever oversees BMW dealerships. My travel now to the North Shore is almost 45 minutes of my time - what a waist. My next vehicle may be another brand as this is now very inconvenient for me. I have since received numerous calls from Foreign Motors West, numerous emails from Chambers Motors - all of which I have begged to be removed from!!! This new management is one to stay far away from. What ever happened to the quality folks who used to work there? More
