I was researching the 6 series as the possible choice for my new car. Kevin was extremely informative, not only of the BMW brand, but also of the 6 series. He was respectful, personable, very patient and willing to take me on 2 test drives to make sure this was the car for me. I never felt pressured nor hard sold on a purchase by Kevin nor his boss Jason despite the time spent explaining the car, the service and pricing with me. Although I am still on my search for the 'car for me' BMW Sudbury is top on my list as the dealership, the salesman and the team I most want to work with. The entire experience, even introducing me to Louis at the Service desk as I left, was great.
