Prior to going to Bmw of Sudbury,I had visited several dealership including Audi...I was turned off by the fake sales people. When I walked in to the dealership in Sudbury,I was greeted by Jim Affannato ,he immediately knew how to handle me-he listened and genuinely was trying to make sure I like the car I wanted to try,he explained to me how their sales model runs so there are no surprises... Jim's personality ,wit and great sense of humor not to mention the great team of professionals at Sudbury made this whole experience wonderful!!! Jim was the best! I had been to so many dealerships before Herb Chambers Sudbury and was almost so burned out on car shopping that I was going to give up, I had made up my mind that this was going to b before Herb Chambers Sudbury and was almost so burned out on car shopping that I was going to give up, I had made up my mind that this was going to be the last car I looked at. Jason the sales manager was also Very easy to talk to and actually listened (which is rare from my experience with Other dealerships) gave me the numbers and worked with me to accomadate my needs I was looking foe a specific payment and he made sure it was what I wanted Then therr was Mike who explained all the financial dealings and made it quik And easy. Above all the dealership was wonderful, clean,friendly,and just what I Was looming for a dealership that treated u like you were a respected part of the family. My experience was, by far, one of the best! Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating. I didn't feel the pressure tactics that a lot of dealerships use. John was superb and managed to find the right car and price for us. John was attentive and responsive. John also managed thru an ugly situation with the sales manager of pre-owned BMW cars who was price for us. John was attentive and responsive. If it was not for John - we would have taken our business to another BMW dealer, if fact we did just buy another 525xi at another dealer b/c I didn't want to deal with the used car manager who acted - well -- like a used car dealer not a BMW dealer.
