Working with James Affenato from Ray Chambers BMW in Sudbury was a best experience in this respect. Not only was James very knowledgeable about the car, he also was sensible to the fact what we wanted and what we were looking for. He was honest in pointing out the xxxxxxand con's of all vehicles he presented, - he didn't want to sell a car but tried to satisfy his customer. His handling of the sale was easy, supportive and focused. We enjoyed his service and the effective handling of all matters from start to finish. I've bought a few cars, even a BMW from Sudbury's competition. Jon did a great job, i would buy for him again.
