Jack provided me regular updates and ensured I had the vehicle ready as soon as it got here- I would definitely recommend him! There is a little play area for kids which my tots absolutely loved - they probably would have stayed longer. As for me, they had a range of models I could test drive and helped with the decision process. I’m glad I purchased my vehicle from BMW Sudbury !! More

I have been a loyal customer at BMW Sudbury for over 15 years. My main service advisor has been Robert Cohoon and more recently Jeremy Joseph has stepped in to oversee the service on my X3.
