Do not shop here, especially if you are a person of color. Lies lies lies. From the GM on down. I have a lengthy video of them tripping over themselves in lies. They lied about replacing brakes and rotors on my CPO X5. They refused to give me a copy of my service records and CPO records. Then had me trespassed from the premises when they ran out of lies. All of their lies and different versions of, were captured on video. On 5/31/22 the day I signed for the vehicle I had to pay the cashier whatever amount was due from me. While standing at the cashiers with Joe D. The finance guy that I wrapped up the deal with. I reminded him that tires, brakes and rotors needed to be replaced on condition of me purchasing this vehicle. Joe D. Then exclaimed “we will have then Schwarzenegger strong” as he flexed his muscle on one arm. I brought the car back a week later after, because of brake squeak and noise. They told me it is because of the sport package hardware…… recently I took the car to a mom and pop shop. Who found that the rotors were never replaced. And possibly the brake pads as well. That “Schwarzenegger” comment was useful with jogging my memory as to who I spoke with about replacing my rotors and brakes and tires. I’m glad Joe D. Thought that was a smart pun, joke, analogy to say to a black man that just purchased a $65k vehicle from him. Of course if I had called him on it, it would be me calling the race card. I called the dealership and a meeting was scheduled for 5 people myself would make six. Upon arrival only two people was there. The used car GM and service manager. They were no records of the brake or rotors ever being done. The GM refused to give me a copy of the service records. In fact in the video he stated that I “have no premise to request any documents from him”… I lodged a complaint with BMW and was advised that the service records belong to me. I recorded them at length. The videos are self explanatory and appalling. I will update this review with a link once I have the videos posted. Be aware and stay away. Get everything in writing and certainly don’t trust this guy in the picture. It would be negative 5 stars if possible! More

I have brought my care here for service twice in the past six months and both times there were communications issues between making the appointment and when I arrived. The first time I made the appointment six months and both times there were communications issues between making the appointment and when I arrived. The first time I made the appointment far in advance and because of that I was offered a loaner. When I arrived I was told “you really shouldn’t be allowed a loaner for this type of service” - like I had done something wrong or was inconveniencing someone - despite the fact that I had simply accepted what was offered to me. The second service was scheduled on a Saturday afternoon and when I made the appointment online I was only given the option to drop off (wait and loaner were not available). The day before I called to find out when the car would be done because if not the same day I would happily reschedule. I was assured that the car would be done same day. When I arrived the service advisor told me the car would NOT be done the same day and we had to then push back on this because I was told something different over the phone and now I was AT the dealer with few options (35 min from home). It all worked out in both cases but I feel there needs to be some retraining or some form of documentation in the account when agreements are made with a customer prior to arrival to avoid this unnecessary back and forth on arrival. More
