From the beginning of the process, my first contact with my sales rep was very pleasant. Not an issue with the dealership, but the process from ordering the vehicle to its receipt was very long and informa my sales rep was very pleasant. In the end, the wait was worth it. Unfortunately my initial contact with the dealership left half way through the process. His replacement had big shoes to fill and did a very good job. Jack O'Donvan was especially great, even taking the time to bring a car to us to test driv and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. I had to wait for 37 min even with an appointment to drop off my car and talk to some one. Same during pick up. Had to call multiple times and wait for another 30 min. Disappointed and frustrated.
