The dealership is friendly but the sales rep we worked with needs more training. If you say you are calling in 5 minutes, call in 5 minutes. If you are have appointment at a certain time to pick up car, with needs more training. If you say you are calling in 5 minutes, call in 5 minutes. If you are have appointment at a certain time to pick up car, don’t leave your customer sitting for 30 minutes. Also understand the registration and sticker requirements of the state in which you are working. More

BMW wasn't even in the top 5 because of a prior poor experience with the fit and finish of the vehicle and the transaction from beginning to end. Jack O'Donovan and Joe D'Alfonso have turned that aroun experience with the fit and finish of the vehicle and the transaction from beginning to end. Jack O'Donovan and Joe D'Alfonso have turned that around. Professional, easy, low pressure, humorous, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. They use the tools given by the dealership to the best they can be used. After buying 30 plus cars in my lifetime, this was the best experience and I will look to them first for the next transaction.
