Nick was very courteous and professional. Answered all my questions and took care of all service needs. Nick told me I needed new rear tires. This has been ongoing discussion with the BMW of Sudbury. This car is 4 years old, but driven only 17,000 miles. I never understand why the tires are wearing out so fast. Either BMW, tire manufacturer or dealership won't take a responsibility of premature wear. I like this dealership and service advisors, but I am still not happy about the tire situation. I am hoping to get some kind of discounts on new tires in the near future considering the premature wear for the mileage driven. More
