I went in for regular service, two hours later they said I needed my tires rotated and an alignment. Another two hours later, I asked for the status of my car. My service rep Breanna had me wait 2 hrs and 20 minutes to have the battery in my remote control changed. Then for the next week and a half, she kept making promises to get back to me by a certain time-she to have the battery in my remote control changed.
