Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Maurah and BMW of Sudbury! I was driving through Massachusetts from New Jersey with my mom, aunt, and uncle and got rear ended on the Mass Turnpike, Maurah and BMW of Sudbury! I was driving through Massachusetts from New Jersey with my mom, aunt, and uncle and got rear ended on the Mass Turnpike, which contributed to the rear passenger tire on my X7 getting totally blown out. Because my car requires special tires, a BMW dealer was really the only bet to get us back on the road any time soon. I called BMW of Sudbury, where they confirmed they had 2 of the tires that I needed in stock and promptly booked me in. They knew it was an emergency and basically told us to come with the tow truck anytime before closing so they could help us get back on the road and not be stranded far from home. After we reached the dealership, Maurah took over and made sure we had an extremely smooth and pleasant experience. She explained to me all of the diagnostics they were going to do to confirm that the only damage from the accident was to the tires and that changing the tires would be the only thing needed (and not also repairing the rim or anything like that). She made sure my car was taken in quickly upon arrival, and she called soon after to let me know that other than the tires the car was OK, but that both rear tires needed to be changed because the driver side rear tire was also worn on the inside, most likely due to the alignment not being done properly. Maurah and her team then swapped out the rear tires and fixed the alignment, and also washed and vacuumed my car so that it came out looking like new (minus the dings from getting rear ended). Maurah also helped me gather the info I needed to exercise my tire warranty. We were ready to be back on the road just a couple of hours after getting towed to the dealership. Maurah was super professional and a very calming presence during what had been a tumultous driving day to that point. I highly recommend Maurah and BMW of Sudbury to anyone looking to have their BMW serviced! More

Service advisor (Eddie) was friendly and informative. He kept me advised along the way (I waited for the car). Considering I had the car for about 8 months, I was curious how everything looked. Even though it was a free service offered by the dealership, the personnel were very attentive and informative. One negative: they informed me that beginning in December they will no longer be accepting payment at the dealership. It is my understanding that at that time all payments will be processed through an App. While this may be the wave of the future, I don't like it. More
