Did not have the battery charger when I left 5. Did not follow-up on the charger even when I called 6. Did not ask / take all paperwork at signing 7. Hard to know who you are talking to via multiple formats The dealership is decent but has a way to go to be efficient and build a strong credibility with its customers. More
