Professional Service I bought my Avalanche a few years ago at a large dealership on the south shore. It was the third new vehicle I had purchased from them but never used the service department. After having a problem that I would only have fixed through Chevrolet, I called that dealership. I was not satisfied with my treatment or their solutions. I decided to try the local dealership and met John Tammaro. He explained to me what they could do, gave me an estimate and when they took my truck he put me in a new vehicle until my truck was ready. John called me with updates and I got my Avalanche back to me in the time frame he said he would and the best part was that final cost was the same as the estimate.
