Very disappointing experience. I came to Herb Chambers Danvers ready to lease a specific 2026 Wrangler Rubicon X. I was serious about buying and gave them every opportunity to e I came to Herb Chambers Danvers ready to lease a specific 2026 Wrangler Rubicon X. I was serious about buying and gave them every opportunity to earn my business. After receiving their lease worksheet, I asked for a straightforward explanation of the pricing, including the $2,093.10 added to the balance, taxes, fees, and all available Jeep incentives. Instead of answering those questions and working to improve the deal, I was told to put $7,000 down, extend the lease to 42 months, or consider a completely different Wrangler. I've since received substantially better pricing from another Jeep dealer. I understand that a dealer doesn't have to meet my target, but when a customer is ready to buy and simply asks for transparency and the best available numbers, I expect a genuine effort to earn the business. Unfortunately, I didn't get that here. I was ready to buy. Herb Chambers gave me no reason to. More
