My husband and I went to Herb Chambers Jeep to purchase (2) 2011 Jeep Compasses. We corresponded with the salesperson several times during the course of the day Monday and Tuesday he said everything was "all set". Wednesday one hour before we were to go sign paperwork the girl in finance calls to say financing was only guaranteed for one truck not the other. Not sure why they waited three days to call and tell us that when Sunday, Monday and Tuesday they were saying we were "all set". Very poor customer service. More

It was found that the catalytic converter was failing. David made all the arrangements to have the converter and sensors changed the next day. He explained my options so that I could make a sensible choice. He was great and I would highly recommend him to all people I know looking for a service advisor. More
