My husband and son fell in love with the Dodge Charger while we were on vacation and when we returned the search to find one began. I was not eager to get another car because we did not have a car payment while we were on vacation and when we returned the search to find one began. I was not eager to get another car because we did not have a car payment, and came up with a list of “required” options, all within a specific price range. Well, they found a car at Herb Chambers that met all of the criteria. We are from Western Massachusetts, but my husband and son drove to Danvers on the Friday evening before a holiday weekend and met with Mark Cunningham. Needless to say they both fell in love with the car and an agreement was reached. We were very clear as to what we could pay for a vehicle and our position was respected and everybody we met worked to stay within those parameters. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever to buy this car! Everybody we dealt with was extremely polite, professional, and accommodating. The information presented was thorough and clear and most importantly, not once did we feel rushed or pressured throughout the entire process. Oh by the way, we all love the car, thank you! More

I went into Herb Chambers not looking to buy a vehicle. I was more interested in a Honda Civic or a Toyota Corrola because of the price point and the fact that they are economical vehicles. After speaking with Corey Phelan and being shown comparitive pricing, Corey suggested that I test drive a Jeep Challenger and a Dodge Caliber. I test drove both vehicles and loved the Caliber. Corey was instrumental in selling this vehicle as well as referring me to a finance person, both of whom were more than helpful in ensuring the sale of this vehicle. More
It was actually fun purchasing a car, believe it or not. I hated to leave the last time I was there because I was going to miss these guys. These two sales persons were friendly and I had gotten a new car in 2008 from Anabel. I just bought a new 2010 black Wrangler Unlimited Islander and the experience was above and beyond what I had hoped for. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, but I appreciated being shown various Islander and the experience was above and beyond what I had hoped for. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, but I appreciated being shown various other models that might interest me. Glenn, George and Joshua were all great to work with, didn't try to rip me off and genuinely seemed to have my best interest in mind. I got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted, with the service I wanted. I couldn't be happier and have already referred 2 friends to stop by the dealership.
