I have been a Ram owner since 1994 when I bought my first truck at Chabot Motors.   Over the past 28 years I have purchase over a dozen vehicles from several Herb Chambers establishments with some good an truck at Chabot Motors.   Over the past 28 years I have purchase over a dozen vehicles from several Herb Chambers establishments with some good and not so good experiences for sure. I am not one for traditionally writing, but as I started my journey for a new Ram, I shopped around several establishments as the vehicle market today is a bit out of skew. My final stop was at their Ram Millbury location where I ordered my last Ram back in 2015 from Doug. Though initially I was not sure we were going to be able to work out a deal, I have to say the personal listening and promptness from both Paul and Luis was nothing less than stellar as we talked about customer loyalty and the established relationships built over time to make this deal work for all parties.   Additionally, working with Jake and Anthony was professional and pressure-less. Jake showed poise beyond his years and went out of his way to make sure every step of the process was exceeded. Lastly, a shout out to Steve, whom I have finalized the paperwork for several vehicles with, a true professional.   In closing, the vehicle experience with this leadership team did not feel like a traditional experience. It is fundamentally refreshing to see a well-seasoned crew working together as one, providing a truly exceptional experience. Herb should take note!   Love my new 1500! And look forward to having the truck serviced through its life, just like my last one. More

To my surprise everything went great! I have bought many cars from herb chambers, and two from this location and have seemed to have a great experience buying them, but when it came time to service them… no cars from herb chambers, and two from this location and have seemed to have a great experience buying them, but when it came time to service them… not so much never got much help.
