Scheduled “The Works” service, dropped the truck off the night before. Dealer has the truck available to them all day. When I picked it up I learned they didn’t perform all of the service, I wasn’t notified night before. Dealer has the truck available to them all day. There were two reasons that I went to Herb Chambers of Westboro. One was an oil change, and the other was to get a key made. The oil change went very well but getting the key made was a big problem and to Westboro. One was an oil change, and the other was to get a key made. They wanted to charge me and i had to keep calling them back. Poor service. More
