Brought my 2018 Expedition in for an oil change and the works. I also asked the service team to look at the video system as one of the screens wasn't cooperating. Scheduling was fast and easy. They serviced my vehicle and in a very nice voice message explained to me that the issue with the screen was a simple one (we had both remotes paired to the same screen!).
