The service people are fraud. I did all my Focus 2014 service in this service center. I had issues with my transmissions clutch shudder. During my regular warranty coverage (5 yea I did all my Focus 2014 service in this service center. I had issues with my transmissions clutch shudder. During my regular warranty coverage (5 year, 60K) I was told no issue even I do feel transmission performance. As soon as the the regular warranty expires, they told me I need to repair the transmission clutch for 2K+ out of my own packet. Well, luckily, the manufacturer gave extended warranty to 7 year and 100K, I brought my car to them for warranty repair, you know what? They told me, they need to test the car before they can repair, if no issue found, they will charge me for test fee. I don't trust them at all, and take the car to other dealer. More

My only on-going concern is that every time I go to the Service Department there are new people. Why is the turnover so high? It would be nice to deal with the same advisers time and time again as I did at Glick Nissan. More
