No one answers the phone or returns calls. I purchased a vehicle at this dealership and the sales staff was excellent. But I have used the service department three times and every time they are I purchased a vehicle at this dealership and the sales staff was excellent. But I have used the service department three times and every time they are disorganized. Either they didn't have my appointment recorded, or they forgot to do something I requested (a recall item), or they simply didn't answer the phone after multiple calls and couldn't be bothered to return my call, after they promised they would. The employees seem competent and pleasant. But the management of this important section seems off. These are managerial issues. So though I would purchase another vehicle from them, I will need to look elsewhere for service. More
