Recall and the WORKS SERVICE Made appointment for 9:30am and was immediately the service counter rep took my info and explained what would be done. He was spot on and when the work was completed he came out to me in the waiting area and we proceeded to the payment person. He again explained what was done and went over the checks that the mechanics made and the results. I have been going to this service center for many years and they have NEVER disappointed me. Not only do they give top notch service, they are very friendly and upbeat and oh yes they fix issues correctly. Lastly they do not upsell. I actually enjoy going to this service center. I have been looking for my Mustang for a while now and I had seen on the website and wrote an email. I had a response within five minutes, mind you it was after hours . Alice had emailed me she was from another dealership but still herb chambers. I did not notice that the car was further away than I expected so when I called herb chambers ford in Westborough and asked if they could have the car driven to them so I could look at it they did not hesitate, they had it there within two hours the same day I called. I have talk to Sasha from Internet sales, she was very pleasant and she was the one that called to get the car over to the Westborough location. When I got there that day I met with Sasha and she introduced me to Marie Hamilton, in sales, and she was great. My experience with Doug in the finance department was also excellent. Needless to say I got my car! I will definitely recommend herb chambers ford of Westborough to anyone looking for a car and I will definitely be back!
