In less time than was stated my they tol I brought my car in for an oil change and had them check also on a shuddering I was feeling with the brakes. In less time than was stated my they told me they could fix the brakes that day and provide a rental for me to use. I really appreciated that because my son had an appointment I could not miss. Tough problem solved the first time I had already scheduled regular service, but prior to dropping off the car, noticed a very peculiar noise that was low frequency but difficult to dete I had already scheduled regular service, but prior to dropping off the car, noticed a very peculiar noise that was low frequency but difficult to determine where it was coming from. It was worrisome and I mentioned it at time of check in. The mechanic during road testing noted the noise and on trouble shooting located and fixed it. Took extra time but worth every minute to get it corrected and it turned our to be a wheel bearing so catching it early saved later real problems. Great job!! More

Mike found the vehicle I wanted and brought it in from out of state without a commitment from me. I called my salesperson (Mike) from the turnpike and he researched the vehicle to make sure it wasn't equipped with "auto rain-sensing wipers", then invited me to come back and have it repaired right away. When I arrived back at the dealership he was out with another customer, but the first salesperson that greeted me walked me over to the service department where one of the service writers took my vehicle into the shop immediately. Mike then came looking for me and apologized for the inconvenience and waited with me while my vehicle was repaired. The team effort to satisfy me made a positive experience out of a potentially negative one. Having worked in customer service for 30+ years, I recognize that effort when I see it. More
