After a year of bringing my vehicle here for service all I noticed was the unprofessionalism while waiting seeing employees curse at each other, clients yelling for their refund as they have had enough. Service advisors turn into finance managers without knowledge on the regulations of finance. Take care of your money, livelihoods and wellness of your family by staying away. But if you like encouraging this type of behavior go on right ahead. More
Management needs training on how to better treat and speak to their customers. I had a sales manager threaten to “tow” the new car that I purchased to my house because I had changed my mind on the deal speak to their customers. I had a sales manager threaten to “tow” the new car that I purchased to my house because I had changed my mind on the deal seeing how I was overly charged compared to other dealers and finance charges wasn’t appropriately explained to me until I saw the final documents. Having me pay way too much for APR and final cost of the vehicle. I will be reporting this abuse to BBB and also contacting my lawyer in this matter. The company seems to be more into focusing on selling you a quick and fast vehicle rather than sit down with you and explain all that is being taken into account. More

The state does not sell your information and none of my information is public!! “Platinum rewards card” in other words it’s a scam to say your “approved” while there is no approval all the banks I called said there is no approval. Took advantage of my elderly father. They kept calling him and harassing him about turning in his lease 6 months early and signed him up for a new lease in a more expensive vehicle. DO NOT BELIEVE THE CAN SWITCH YOUR LEASE BASED ON “we need your car bs” you get there and all of sudden they don’t want the car unless it’s at half price!! More

The “end of the month sales” is literally the same price from last month. They did not discount anything. The rebates they provide all Honda stores provide. BE AWARE- the person that contacts you will most likely be from the internet dept but won’t even be there!! We asked for the girl we had an appt with an they said she works for the “call center” just to bring you in. I didn’t meet with her the whole time and was due to her lies I was there. The place is trashy and seems no one is working. A manager did not even take to time to sit with us- while she said will get one. We bought a new Honda the same day with thousands below their price and in stock!! Our wasted time will not be given back to us. More

Was told that they had a specific trim available for test drive. When I got there, they asked us if we were flexible to other trims, because the trim we wanted was not available. After we left because we didn't have the trim, the sales person called and yelled at us for leaving! Not shopping here again even if I have to pay higher at a different dealership. More
