I had came in with the mindset that I knew what I wanted and he confirmed it for me. He was so welcoming, attentive, and tenacious. He was determined to get me the car I wanted for a price that worked best for me. I never once felt like he was trying to sell me anything. In all actuality, I felt as if he was a friend assisting me in my car search journey, giving me great advice and relieving all of the pressure that comes along with purchasing a new vehicle. But, my great service didn't end there. After talking numbers with Brian and settling on my brand new Honda civic, he introduced me to Wilfredo Soto who was there to finalize the deal. Wilfredo extended the same kindness as Brian. He was determined to get me the best rate for my car. I appreciated the fact that he would answer my random middle of the day calls with nothing but joy in his voice. I truly feel that these gentlemen enjoy not only the work that they do, but also the people they do the work for(us consumers). They truly know how to give the VIP treatment.
