Excellent service I had a problem with the air conditioner not working. I spoke with Service Rep. June Fraser who made arrangements for med to come in the following m I had a problem with the air conditioner not working. I spoke with Service Rep. June Fraser who made arrangements for med to come in the following morning. When I arrived she had all the paper work completed and the vehicle was taken in right away. It was found to be a defect that was covered under an extended warranty, and the necessary repairs were made very quickly. During my time there I spoke not only to Ms. Fraser, but to the service manager, and even to the technician who had worked on my vehicle. The amazing level of service was fantastic. I have purchased several Honda vehicles over the years at another dealership. My next Honda purchase will be at Herb Chambers in Burlington. If my experience this week is any indication of the level of customer service you provide, then why would I go anywhere else. Thanks again, Jim Pierce (A very satisfied customer! ) More

Patrick was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and the entire process went very smoothly thanks to his efforts. Patrick even came in on his day off to make sure that I could pick up the new car as soon as possible. In delivering the car to me, Patrick was very thorough in walking me through all of the car's features so I really felt confident that I knew how to use everything. (He even connected my phone on Bluetooth for me!) Additionally, when I emailed Patrick with an additional question about the car roughly a week after the purchase, he was very responsive and called me right away to walk me through the answer to my question. My parents and I were very impressed overall and would definitely recommend working with Patrick if you are interested in buying a Honda. More

He was attentive, straightforward, patient, honest about timelines, clear about processes, and very informative about the vehicle we were considering. Once we decided to buy the car, he maintained his attentiveness and interest in our questions. He walked us through the insurance information, and made things happen faster than we had expected. When we came today to pick up the car, he sat with us in the car and went over all parts of the car in clear detail. He even set up our phones via Bluetooth for us! Should you be interested in a Honda, look for him at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington, MA. Regarding Evan Fotopoulos, Business Manager, I must say this was a pleasant surprise. Usually I find that business managers are pushy, do not listen, and make me want to run from the office. Evan was completely the opposite. He quickly determined what our needs were regarding warranties, did not waste our time trying to pressure us into buying services we did not want or need, and was very open and efficient in explaining how all the aspects of the warranties worked. We did end up buying the extended warranty on our vehicle, but not due to any pressure. We decided it based on his information, what our needs were, and the fact that he did not waste our time. Try to get this man when it is time to meet with the Business side of this dealership. More
