I did not like the factory red and black 'racing seats' and after I signed the purchase agreement i asked to have them reupholstered. Mike C helped me with fabric options, kept me updated on the progress, etc. Another very important point for me is that he respected my wishes of communication via email (vs phone), not to disrupt during my work hours ... very few respect this. He was professional, friendly and fun while overall very effective. More

They do a great job plus they wash and vacuum the car (nice touch). The waiting area is fine - you can grab a coffee or an ice cream while your car is worked on. Overall this is a fine run business. It could use a bigger lot though. With all the business the service center gets, plus folks shopping for cars, it gets pretty congested there (not too many parking spots). More
