My interactions with this dealership to date have been positive. We leased our third Honda CRV in Burlington in November 2019. The prior two leases were with a different Honda dealer, which left a bad tas positive. We leased our third Honda CRV in Burlington in November 2019. The staff has been friendly and they were this time as well. They certainly suggest work to be done but I don't feel that they pressure people. I normally go to Atamian Honda for services because it's closer to where I live. However, June Fraser professionalism of Herb Chambers Honda made my experience more approachable and delightful. I've been to closer to where I live. However, June Fraser professionalism of Herb Chambers Honda made my experience more approachable and delightful. I've been to a few Honda dealerships here in Massachusetts for services but by far Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington has been superb. I will be going there from now on. Keep it up!!! More

Assistant Service Manager John Silva greeted me promptly after I arrived, as a walk-in, no appointment needed. He immediately pulled up my service records and arranged for my vehicle to be serviced while I after I arrived, as a walk-in, no appointment needed.
