I brought my car in for a tune up and to review the seat relase latch in the trunk. I was greated by Tim Islip in Service and the level of professionalism and customer service was simply excellent. Buying a car has always been my least favorite thing to do, but my husband and I had a great experience buying our new Honda Pilot at Herb Chambers. This is the second car we purchased here. Everyone was very nice and helpful everytime we went in (even after we bought the car.) There was no pressure or hidden fees, which I must have asked about at least 5 times (after having the salesman start adding extra fees at other dealerships in the past), sorry Maged and Scott, lol. Thanks for your patience. I knew what car I wanted and got exactly that. Maged even took my calls on his day off. I would definately recommend asking for Maged if you are looking to buy a car. Paul Zito in the finance department was great and again no pressure to make us purchase extra things that we didn't want or need. He gave us the information and let us decide without making us want to get up and walk away. Kevin spent alot of time at delivery of our vehicle going over all the fun tech in the car. We never felt rushed, even when we asked to be shown something a second time to get it down. My husband had some questions after we bought the car and Maged took his call quickly and set him up with Troy in the parts/service department, who was very helpful. So, even after we bought the car, we still received a quick response and helpfulness from everyone that we have dealt with at Herb Chambers of Seekonk. Thank you so much. I love love love my new car. We tried going there to trade-in our 2 hondas, but they can't even satisfy their repeat customers so we left. After reading reviews using Google, we saw that Metro Honda only has 2 star ratings, and read the customer reviews. At least 2 of the reviews are very similar to our personal experience! The "sales manager" who talked to us before we left was very rude and try to haggle us down. That night, I searched for another dealership near Rhode Island And we saw that Herb Chambers HONDA in Seekonk, MA has 4 star rating. So we went there the next day, to see why they have a 4 star rating which is really high. John H. our sales consultant From start to finish..... was very professional w/ excellent customer service. He is direct to the point, helpful, and NO BS! My wife and I know what we wanted, and we did a lot of research specially with LEASE Prices of vehicles. I showed John H., the prices that I wanted for the 2 vehicles....and he matched them without any issues. He made our BUYING EXPERIENCE .....FUN & Educational!!!! Which should be the case when consumers get into a dealership. People shouldnt be stressed out and disappointed. My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND John H. for your car needs!
