I went to Herb Chambers for my new Civic originally because it's fairly close to where I live and the current deals were good. After the experiences I had there, I plan on going back for service and fo because it's fairly close to where I live and the current deals were good. When I got to the dealership, I actually walked right past and dismissed one salesman who approached me because he was chewing gum and just didn't have the right demeanor. Inside, Jeff's approach was friendly and professional and I was happy to work with him and he with me. He listened attentively to my wants and needs and didn't rush me at all. He has a good sense of humour and a good sense of people, not acting pushy or condescending. It was a friendly, fun and pressure-free experience and Herb Chambers has got a great employee in Jeff.
