We entered the dealership having visited other dealers, as our Windstar was currently being recalled. Upon greeting us, Jessica listened to what our wants & needs were, never pushing, just showing us what was available. We test drove a Pilot EX-L. Explaining that it could be a few weeks/months before we could make a decision due to the longevity of the recall, she said she would be ready when we were. A month later, we received the call stating our van would not be fixed & we were receiving a buyback. We called Jess, made an appointment & went in a few days later. Our requested Pilot was waiting out front, we test drove, then went in for the "talk the numbers". As my husband & I do not enjoy haggling the price of anything, this was the one thing we were dreading. Jess had promised on the phone to take care of us, & we feel she did. There was none of the back & forth, playing with numbers other dealers have done with us in the past. She offered a fair price, we asked some questions, the price was brought to an agreement for all. When moving onto finance, the person we worked with was equally "non-pushy"(sorry can not remember his name at the moment!). Everything was explained to us & all of our questions have been answered. Jess stayed with us the entire time while we waited for finance & for our Pilot to be cleaned up & made ready for us. Again, she was an absolutely pleasure to work with & a treasure for Herb Chambers! We hope that Jess will be working at Herb Chambers Honda for many years to come--we have already started talking about which type of used Honda will we be purchasing for our son when he is ready to start driving & we hope to work with Jess then! Our happiness and satisfaction was clearly their their first priority. When we took delivery, they took their time to make sure our daughter understood all of the controls - and the car was immaculate. We intend to return for a new car for my wife in the future!
