They had a huge inventory and even the used cars were in excellent condition. I got a great deal out of them. I was not expecting to get such a good and car in such cheap price. When Dean first contacted me I wasn't ready to purchase a new vehicle. I stated that in a few months I would be ready to look. I am so glad that I did. Dean was able to get me the car I wanted..exactly!! He was able to keep my payments the same without any downpayment. This was very important to me for a couple of reasons...first I am a good customer of Honda. I have had a Honda since 1997 and have only had services rendered at a Honda dealer, and secondly, I can only stretch my money so far....and it was coming down to repair payments and a car payment or just a new car payment... Anyway, Dean worked eagerly with management and was able to get me the payments I needed. He was so excited when I came to get my car. He always made me feel like I was the only customer and all his time was dedicated to me. That is a nice feeling! Once I got my car, Dean stayed in contact with me ensuring I was happy with my purchase. I have since been to Honda for oil changes and everytime I see Dean, not only does he remember my name, but no matter how busy he may be, he always takes the time to stop and say hello. As a customer, that is very important. Having Dean Morrissette as a Sales person, is definetly an asset to Honda Sales. More
