When we had forgotten to bring the title for the car we were trading in, we were given choice to bring it in the next day or Jess offered to come to our home to pick it up (which she did). We never felt any pressure to buy, which was a refreshing change from past car purchases. We were seamlessly moved from Jessica to Matt who explained all the workings of the odyssey in an interactive way that was informative and fun. As we walked in the door of the dealership, we were greeted by an affable salesman who greeted us warmly and asked what he could do for us. Will seemed much more interested in learning about our needs and wants, and getting us into the vehicle that fit those needs and wants, than selling us a particular vehicle or level of trim or add-on service package. Will got to know us, and our daughter, and allowed us to learn a bit about him and his family. After meeting with him for several hours over a couple of days, we felt like we were working with a friend more than a salesman. Will answered all of our questions, stayed as late as he needed to to address our needs, surprised our daughter with her favorite candy in the back seat of our new van, and made sure that if we nhad ANY questions about ANYTHING that we should not hesitate to contact him. We never felt pushed or pulled by Will and his colleagues; we felt supported in making a big financial decision. In the end, we found a perfect match for our desires, and Will's prediction about the quality of the vehicle and how much we would like it has come true: we couldn't be happier.
